Questions about booking

How can I book a room?
Our rooms can only be booked online via our website or the well-known booking portals.
Can I also book a room for a longer period of time?
If you would like to stay longer than 29 days in one of our rooms, please contact us by email.
Otherwise you can book directly online on our website.
How can I pay?
You can pay online via credit card, Sofortüberweisung and Giropay.
What happens after booking?
Immediately after booking you will receive a booking confirmation by email (please also check the SPAM folder).
About a week before arrival you will receive an email from us with the online check-in. Once you have completed the online check-in, the guests will automatically receive the access data for the front door, room and WLAN by email and SMS one day before arrival at 5:00 p.m.

Last-minute bookings: If you book and arrive on the same day, you will receive the booking confirmation and the link to online check-in just 1 minute after your booking. As soon as you have completed the online check-in, you will automatically receive your access data within 1 minute via email and SMS (at the earliest at 5:00 p.m. one day before arrival).
Didn't receive a booking confirmation?
In this case, please check the SPAM folder of your email inbox.
If the booking confirmation is not there either, please contact us by email.
Are pets allowed to stay too?
Unfortunately, pets are not allowed to stay with us.

When can I move into my room?
Your room can be opened from 3 p.m. with the PIN code sent to you.
Is parking available?
Free parking spaces are available directly at the property. Additional free public parking spaces are located in the immediate vicinity.
How does check in work?
One week before arrival you will receive an email with a link to our online check-in. As soon as you have completed this, you will receive the PIN codes for the front door and room as well as the WLAN password automatically by email and SMS one day before arrival at 5:00 p.m.

What about the catering in the accommodation?
In the immediate vicinity of the accommodation there are several restaurants as well as a baker and a butcher.

Can I have mail or packages sent to the accommodation?
As we do not have a reception, this is unfortunately not possible.
Are there accessible rooms?
No, unfortunately our rooms are not barrier-free.
Can I smoke in the room?
No. Smoking is strictly prohibited throughout the property.
Will my room be cleaned?
Our rooms are thoroughly cleaned and disinfected before each check-in.
